"Love at first sight" is not usually the term one might use when talking about forming a team or founding a company together, yet this is our reality. Our passion is people, our values are focused around people and our beliefs of what can be different are defined by people and their potential.
We come from different backgrounds and different cultures, yet we are brought together by a belief that organizations and the management/leadership culture has a massive impact in the overall well-being of people as a whole - and that enabling leaders to lead better is the most effective way to make the world a better place for future generations. We believe that we can do more together than apart. Do more in working towards collective outcomes than in the glory of the individual. We believe we are more effective when focusing on trust and autonomy than control and management. It is not so much about the what and why but about the who and how.

So what is being tough? Having the courage, self-awareness and humility to love yourself unconditionally and to face your fears. So when Juuso is not engaged in a deep conversation you can find him getting bruised all over in martial arts practice or meditating in peace.

Juuso has taken technical organizations from what is geek to what are service organizations where customers always come first. On the side he has mentored and coached many leaders facing similar challenges or challenges with teams or individuals in general as well in their personal development.

To many who may say culture is paramount, specifically if we are talking about Asia, Juuso has proven that it's really about people and their beliefs in themselves and how they can change their own world in every context.

Margareta believes we define ourselves through the relationships we have. If we can better understand the interaction then we better understand who we are and how we can be. Interpersonal functioning is essential to well-being.

Margareta has over 15 years experience in different therapy forms and has been studying the human mind extensively in different research and therapy programs. Such insight and learning apply just as much to the professional life as to the personal life as in both are one.

Margareta knows very well how theory is one thing and living it is quite another. As a mother with three "grown-up" children and a realization that adulthood is just a term whereas being a child is a lifetime reality.

What we do

We see ourselves as a catalyst for enabling each individual to reach their best. Together, we fight crime!

Our approach to leadership…

As people we are passionate, fun and open. We take joy in helping people.

It can be surprisingly hard to articulate the goals of a project, and this is where the HEART categories are particularly useful in discussion. At YouTube, for example, one of our most important goals is in the engagement category: we want our users to enjoy the videos they watch, and keep discovering more videos and channels they want to watch. You might have different goals for a particular project or feature than for the product.

It can be surprisingly hard to articulate the goals of a project, and this is where the HEART categories are particularly useful in discussion. Our services are based on personal engagement and can vary from a few hour intensive coaching / mentoring session focused on a particular problem area to helping drive about a cultural change at the workplace over a longer period.


Leadership and Individual Development

Leadership based on self-awareness is the foundation for success of any organization. Great leadership requires personal well-being and knowing the right behavior for different situations - it's not something you're born with, it is something you can learn.

We provide practical methods for enabling awareness of own self and for choosing the right behavior for the right situation. Often emphasis is on being fully present and comfortable with oneself without judgement or fear. The end result is being an effective leader, a true role model and living a happy life.

We have successfully built highly performing external and internal services organizations including culture, mindset and processes. Our competence and experience is in creating services built on people and their belief in being able to make a difference in every task and transaction they affect. In terms of strategy work we make sure you can avoid the pitfall of people not rowing in the same direction or not realizing they are in the same boat by ensuring the whole organization shares a common goal and appreciation for their own purpose and role in executing that strategy.


Team Development

Awesome and effective teams are fun to work in, have a high degree of trust amongst individuals, an open communication culture and a belief in the collective versus the individual.

We help the leader build a winning team. We do this by creating an appreciation for the important things in team dynamics and then help the leader facilitate the improvement process themselves - so that we are needed only as a guide but results will stay long after we are gone. We also suggest improvements as quick wins in meeting practices, communication culture, appreciation culture, etc.
